Wash the pre-peeled carrots and cut into small cubes. Keep in mind that the final result in this dish depends on how you chop the carrots: grated carrots during heat treatment will turn into pulp and mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients, cut into cubes or cubes will retain their shape.

Wash the turkey fillet and dry it. Cut the meat into small cubes.

Fry the fillet pieces in vegetable oil over moderately high heat until golden brown on all sides. The crust will retain the juiciness inside the pieces, and the breast meat will be juicier.

Rinse the rice several times in cold water to thoroughly remove excess starch. Thanks to this, it will turn out crumbly in the finished dish.

A ceramic, glass or metal heat-resistant form is suitable for cooking. I have a mold measuring 27*17 cm. Place washed rice in an even layer on the bottom of the mold.

Then arrange the lightly fried vegetables.

Place the fried turkey pieces in the pan.

Fill everything with hot water or broth. Take 2 times the weight of rice in water. Water should cover all ingredients. Mix everything lightly, add salt if necessary.

Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 45 minutes.

Towards the end of cooking, open the oven and carefully lift the foil. Check to see if all the water has been absorbed. If there is still water at the bottom, cover with foil and continue cooking.
