Garlic 4 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Honey 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 100 g
Beef 500 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Basil (twig) to taste
Soy sauce 5 tbsp
Green cilantro (bunch) to taste
Rice vinegar (any) 2 tbsp

How to bake beef with cheese in the oven? Itʼs not difficult at all. Prepare the necessary products. You can use any vinegar: table vinegar, balsamic, wine, etc. I have rice vinegar.

We cut a piece of meat along the muscle fibers into small pieces 0.5 cm wide. The thinner the beef slices are, the less time it will take to heat them. I beat the meat a little.

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mustard, honey, a tablespoon of olive oil, rice vinegar and add finely chopped garlic. I grated the garlic on a fine grater. If you think that there is not enough salt, you can add salt to the marinade.

Place the pieces of beef into the marinade, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into small pieces with a curly knife.

Peel the washed onion and cut into half rings.

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally over medium heat for five minutes. Add the bell pepper and fry the vegetables all together for another two minutes. Place the pieces of meat from the marinade in a dry, hot frying pan. Fry each piece for half a minute on both sides, using the highest heat on the stove. This pre-heat treatment before baking will help preserve the juiciness of the meat.

Place all the pieces of fried beef on top.

Next, lay out the rest of the vegetables, pour in the marinade the meat was in, and a tablespoon of cold water. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 0C to bake for 20 minutes.

Rinse the basil and cilantro with water, dry and chop very finely.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
