Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make baked stuffed pork in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. In addition to pork, you can bake turkey or beef fillet using this recipe. But keep in mind that the calorie content and cooking time will change. You can add spices to your taste. Peel the pistachios. You can replace pistachios with other nuts: cashews, peanuts, etc. You can also use any other products to taste for stuffing: mushrooms, cheese, prunes, pears, olives, etc.

Step 2

Step 2
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the core. Cut the pepper into cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix vegetable oil with soy sauce and wine. When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth considering that it has a fairly salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk oversalting.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the pork and dry it. Using a sharp narrow knife, make 10-15 deep punctures in the meat. Rub the meat with spices on the outside and inside of the cuts. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, neck. I have a ham.

Step 5

Step 5
Stuff the pork with bell pepper and nuts.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the meat in a deep baking dish. Pour the marinade over the meat. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.

Step 7

Step 7
Cover the pan with a lid or foil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 50-60 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180°C, remove the lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.

Step 8

Step 8
Transfer the pork ham baked with bell peppers and pistachios to a dish, cut into slices and serve, garnished with herbs. Bon appetit!
