Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make wild boar ribs in the oven? Very simple! First of all, prepare all the necessary products. Instead of wild boar, you can use regular pork ribs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the ribs under running water and dry thoroughly with napkins to remove excess moisture. Using a silicone brush, coat the meat on all sides with olive oil. Lightly salt, sprinkle with thyme and other favorite spices. I used a pinch of garlic powder. Using massaging movements, evenly distribute the spices over the entire surface of the ribs.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Please note that baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven. Read about this at the end of the recipe.

Step 4

Step 4
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, liquid smoke (if using), soy sauce, sugar and paprika.

Step 5

Step 5
Add garlic, passed through a press and mix well again. If you like spicy dishes, then add hot ground paprika.

Step 6

Step 6
Remove the ribs from the oven and coat all sides with sauce using a silicone brush. Be careful not to get burned! Bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Next, brush the meat with a silicone brush with the resulting juice and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. If desired, add a few tomatoes to the pan at this stage.

Step 8

Step 8
Wild boar ribs are ready. Serve hot.
