Ultimate Meat Lasagna with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

This lasagna is my signature dish. This is delicious!!! Try to cook lasagna according to my recipe at least once, you will fall in love with it forever. My family and guests always gobble up my lasagna, which makes my ears pop!!!

Dough:

Sauce:

Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Milk 1.5 cup
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Champignon 400 g

Minced meat: Pass the meat through a meat grinder and fry with finely chopped onion, add salt and pepper. Simmer until the juice evaporates. Add a glass of water with a tablespoon of tomato diluted in it and cover with a lid, simmer until the moisture evaporates.

Pour the sifted flour onto the table in a heap, make a hole in the form of a funnel, add eggs, and add salt. Knead the stiff dough. Leave for 20 minutes, covered with a towel. Divide it into 9 parts, roll into thin sheets of 1.5 mm. Cut into squares. I always make lasagna with my own dough. And yesterday I decided to buy ready-made sheets. Here they are... You can buy ready-made lasagna sheets at the store. Even if it says that they do not need to be boiled, I cook them for 5 minutes.

Boil the mushrooms, drain and chop. Leave the broth. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Saute the flour in vegetable oil, dilute with hot milk and mushroom broth. Boil the sauce for 10 minutes until thickened. Add mushrooms, salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Cook the dough in salted boiling water with the addition of vegetable oil (so that the dough sheets do not stick together) for 15 minutes. Apply a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of the pan and line with lasagna sheets.

Place the minced meat filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

We continue to layer the lasagna one by one in the same order. Lubricate the top sheet with tomato paste diluted in warm water. Approximately 2 tbsp. l. per 100g of water. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
