How to bake pork with onions and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For portion cutting of meat, it is convenient to take pork chop or ham.

Cut the pork meat into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick. Beat each piece a little on both sides using a kitchen hammer.

Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. It can be glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Place the prepared pieces of meat into the mold. Sprinkle the meat with salt and meat spices.

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with mustard. Apply the resulting sauce to each piece of meat over the entire surface.

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and thinly cut into half rings. Scatter the chopped onion over the meat pieces.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle generously over the entire surface of the meat. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide. During baking, juice will appear from the meat, and the cheese will have time to brown a little.
