Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make delicious pizza with salami and mozzarella cheese? First, prepare all the ingredients for the pizza and knead the dough. Take the highest grade flour. Oil — any vegetable oil. I have olive.

Step 2

Step 2
Sift the flour through a sieve into a bowl. Add instant yeast, sugar and salt. Mix everything. This recipe requires yeast, which immediately combines with the flour. They do not need to be pre-activated in warm liquid. Therefore, when choosing yeast, carefully read the instructions.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour warm water heated to 37-40°C and vegetable oil into the flour mixture.

Step 4

Step 4
Knead into a homogeneous, soft, slightly sticky dough. You may need a little more flour, but do not rush to fill the whole dough with flour, otherwise it will become tough and tasteless.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and keep warm for 1 hour. It should rise well.

Step 6

Step 6
While it is rising, prepare the sauce and filling. You can replace the pizza sauce with ready-made store-bought or regular ketchup or tomato paste. But, of course, it will be tastier if you make it homemade.

Step 7

Step 7
Peel the tomatoes. Grate the pulp on a fine grater. How to quickly peel tomatoes? To do this, you need to make shallow cuts crosswise on them and lower them into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. After this, the skin will come off quite easily.

Step 8

Step 8
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and sprinkle with Italian herbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Step 9

Step 9
Simmer the sauce under the lid for 5-7 minutes until thickened.

Step 10

Step 10
Now prepare the filling. You can replace olives with olives. Salami for any other sausage. First remove the olives and mozzarella from the brine and dry.

Step 11

Step 11
Cut the sausage into thin slices.

Step 12

Step 12
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into thin rings.

Step 13

Step 13
Cut the tomatoes in half.

Step 14

Step 14
Grate the mozzarella and parmesan on a fine grater. My Parmesan is young, so it is not as hard as aged varieties and is easier to grate.

Step 15

Step 15
Spread the risen yeast dough over the pizza pan. The diameter of my mold is 30 cm. The dough is very soft, pliable and easily distributed with your hands throughout the entire mold. There is no need to lubricate the mold with anything. If you want a thick crust pizza, leave the dough for 10-15 minutes to rise a little.

Step 16

Step 16
Brush the top of the dough with tomato sauce.

Step 17

Step 17
Arrange whole basil leaves and sausage.

Step 18

Step 18
Next, distribute the sweet pepper rings. Sprinkle oregano on top.

Step 19

Step 19
Distribute the cherry tomato halves and olives.

Step 20

Step 20
Sprinkle the pizza with grated Parmesan and mozzarella. Place the workpiece in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

Step 21

Step 21
Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh basil leaves and cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
