Honey 1.5 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Basil (or other herbs to taste) 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Ground pepper mixture 0.5 tsp
Rack of pork ribs 1 kg
Ready mustard 1 tsp
Dijon mustard 1.5 tbsp

Before marinating the ribs, it is necessary to free them from the film that is located on the inside of the ribs

Cut the ribs into portions

For the mustard sauce, combine honey and Dijon mustard.

Add regular Russian mustard — it will add sharpness and piquancy to our ribs
