I use semi-hard cheese with 50% fat content; it melts perfectly in the oven, forming an appetizing crust. For juiciness, use mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Prepare dishes for use in the oven.

Remove the selected cheese from the packaging, cut off the shell if necessary. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I choose semi-hard cheese, but you can use any you like or have at home.
