Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
A recipe for those who are on a diet or just don’t like rice, like me. Take any meat you like, you can buy ready-made minced meat, but I don’t do that because I don’t see what’s in this minced meat.))) Cut out the core of the peppers, as in the photo. If you have a regular pepper, then cut it lengthwise to make boats. Place on a baking sheet so you can immediately see how many servings you will get.

Step 2

Step 2
Pass the meat, onions, carrots, and zucchini through a meat grinder, preferably in this order. Add spices, salt, black pepper and beat in 2 eggs. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Step 3
Stuff the peppers. In order to distribute the filling evenly, I first put a spoonful of filling in each pepper, then another spoonful, and so the whole filling is evenly distributed among the peppers. If there is a lot of it, you can compact it harder. Place a couple of tomato slices on top. And into the oven at 180 C* for 40-60 minutes. Watch for yourself when the pepper becomes soft, turn off the oven.

Step 4
Sprinkle with sour cream and enjoy your meal.
