To prepare yeast dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl so that it is convenient to knead the dough in it. Pour warm water into a bowl and add dry yeast. Stir.

Then pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add salt and sugar.

Sift premium or first grade flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough will be the most airy. Gradually start adding flour and kneading the dough.

Depending on the quality of flour, you may need a little more or less. Focus on the consistency of the dough. It should not stick to your hands, but should remain tender and soft. During this time, the dough should rise well and increase in size several times.

Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance. Divide the finished dough into 2-3 pizzas. Roll each part into a circle, 25-35 centimeters in diameter. Navigate according to your taste. Brush the prepared dough with a small amount of tomato sauce. Then spread slices of chopped bacon over the entire surface.
