Basic:

Chicken mince 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Hard cheese 100 g
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 15 g
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Pasta shells (any for stuffing) 250 g

How to make large stuffed pasta with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the following ingredients. I used large snail pasta (Pipe rigate). Ketchup can be replaced with tomato paste or tomatoes in their own juice.

Peel and wash carrots, onions and garlic. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and lightly fry the carrots and onions. Add the minced meat to the vegetables in the pan and fry it for a few minutes until tender, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. The minced meat should be homogeneous, without large lumps. Add salt to taste, pepper and your favorite spices.

Boil water in a deep saucepan and add salt. Place pasta in boiling water and cook for a few minutes, but not until done. Drain the water, place the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Mix sour cream and ketchup in a bowl, add chopped garlic, salt and stir.

Pour half a teaspoon of the prepared sauce onto each snail.

Lightly dilute the remaining sauce with water and pour it into the mold with the stuffed pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pasta. Place the pan with stuffed pasta in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
