Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to steam pork in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. Take the pork pulp, preferably from the neck or tenderloin — these pieces will turn out softer. Any sauce will do — tomato, adjika, tkemali, I used sweet chili. If the sauce is not very spicy, then take more of it. Mustard can also be any kind, use less spicy one. Use refined, odorless oil. Spices — to taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the meat and dry it well. Cut it into portions the size of your palm, but not very thin, about 2 cm will be just right — they will remain juicy. Place the meat in a bowl, add sauce, mustard, salt and spices. I took paprika and ground black pepper.

Step 3

Step 3
Stir the meat until it is well coated with all the marinade ingredients. Take a fork and poke a few holes in the flesh. Pour in vegetable oil and lightly rub it into the pieces — it will seal the juice inside and the meat will turn out very soft. Let it sit for a couple of hours to marinate.

Step 4

Step 4
Before starting cooking, pour clean water into the bowl. Check your multicooker to see how much water you can take for cooking. But do not use too small a quantity — the water may boil away before the end of the program. To speed up the process, you can immediately pour in boiling water, then the multicooker will not waste time heating it. For aroma, place a clean onion in the peel, cut in half, and any greens into the water. I also threw in peppercorns.

Step 5

Step 5
Place a steaming basket on the bowl and place pieces of meat in it. Close the lid and turn on the steam program. If there is no such mode, then choose another one, based on the information in the instructions for use for your multicooker. Set the time to 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces. The exact time depends on the operating characteristics of your multicooker. Read more about this at the end of the recipe.

Step 6

Step 6
Check readiness with a knife — when pierced, clear juice will flow out of the meat.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve the pork with vegetables or any other side dish. Bon appetit!
