Soy-Marinated Tender Turkey

Tender turkey fillet with a unique aroma. Turkey is becoming more and more popular, because its meat is considered one of the healthiest — it contains a lot of protein, which, of course, is necessary in childrenʼs and dietary nutrition. I think this recipe is very successful — thanks to the soy sauce marinade, the turkey turns out very tender, but we spend a minimum of effort. Absolutely any side dish will suit this meat, and fresh vegetables and herbs will make your meal even more healthy

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Turkey (I have steaks, but other parts of it will also work) 600 g
Paprika 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Italian herbs 0.5 tsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Thatʼs all the ingredients youʼll need for our dish. Any parts of turkey will suit us: steaks, like mine, whole fillet or other parts — the main thing is to choose fresh meat

Step 2

Step 2
We rinse the turkey meat well under running water, dry it with paper towels, sprinkle with your favorite spices, today I chose paprika and a mixture of Italian herbs. Curry, basil and other spices are also great here.

Step 3

Step 3
Garlic, of course, will add flavor and piquancy to our turkey; we pass it through a press or three onto a fine grater — I have a mini grater for garlic, it’s very convenient

Step 4

Step 4
Salt to taste, but here you should be very careful with salt, because soy sauce is already quite salty, I recommend adding salt, but just a little bit

Step 5

Step 5
Pepper, I advise you to choose freshly ground black pepper — it is much more fragrant

Step 6

Step 6
Add soy sauce — 3-4 tables will be enough for us. l. and, of course, you should choose a quality product because the taste of the finished dish will depend on this

Step 7

Step 7
Add 2 tables. l. olive oil. If you donʼt have olive oil on hand right now, donʼt worry — regular sunflower oil will work just fine. Oil is needed here so that when marinating the meat is better saturated with spices, and when baking, thanks to the addition of a small amount of oil, the meat will never turn out dry

Step 8

Step 8
Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. You can leave it overnight and pop it in the oven in the morning for a wonderful, nutritious breakfast.

Step 9

Step 9
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. If you have a whole fillet, the baking time needs to be increased.

Step 10

Step 10
The aromatic tender steaks are ready, the soy sauce has evaporated, but that’s okay — it’s already done its job

Step 11

Step 11
Serve with any side dish, fresh vegetables and herbs

Step 12

Step 12
Bon appetit!
