Oven-Baked Rabbit with Creamy Vegetable Sauce
Bake a rabbit in the oven — itʼs very tasty! Rabbit is usually stewed in the oven with the addition of sour cream. It tenderizes the meat and makes a delicious sauce. Sometimes separately fried onions and carrots are added to the dish. I offer a more gentle and healthy option, in which meat and vegetables are baked in the oven. This is much more useful and simpler, and also less burdensome. The rabbit turns out simply amazingly tasty, the meat is soft, aromatic in a thick onion-carrot sour cream sauce, which can also be served as a side dish. Everyone who tries the dish will be delighted!
