Basic:

Chicken mince 600 g
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Hard cheese 200 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Ground red pepper to taste

Prepare all ingredients.

Three cheeses on a coarse grater, pass the garlic through a press. In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat, cheese (150 grams), garlic, add ground red pepper and salt, beat in the egg and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Leave the minced meat for half an hour.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, form the minced meat into balls and place them in the pan. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
