Honey 2 tsp
Sour cream 300 g
Olives 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Greenery to taste
Oregano dry 1 tsp
Basil 1 tsp
Grainy mustard 4 tbsp
Sea salt to taste
Ground pepper mixture to taste
Rack of pork ribs 1.8 kg
Pickled ginger 100 g

We begin to prepare the marinade and add seasoning, mustard, honey, a mixture of peppers and sea salt to taste to a bowl with sour cream.
