Salt to taste
Mustard 1 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Dry spices 1 tsp
Rabbit 500 g
Soy sauce 50 ml

It is best to use a young rabbit. Chop the carcass into small portions. Rinse well in running water and dry with a paper towel.

To prepare the marinade, mix soy sauce, sour cream and mustard in a separate bowl.

Toss the rabbit pieces in the marinade until they are evenly coated. Leave to stand for 3-4 hours to marinate the meat.

Line a baking dish with foil. Place marinated rabbit meat. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan over the meat.

Cover the top with foil and tuck the edges in so the meat is well covered. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Let the meat bake without foil for the last 30 minutes until it browns a little. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
