Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake pork ribs in the oven in foil? Prepare the products according to the list. Use mustard to your liking, spicy or not. Table vinegar, 9%. Be careful with salt, there is a lot of it in soy sauce. Use good, filtered or bottled water for the marinade.

Step 2

Step 2
Start preparing the marinade. Place the tomato paste in a bowl, add water and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, whisking the liquid all the time. If your honey is not liquid, it is better to melt it first. If desired, you can add chopped garlic to the marinade.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the pork ribs with cold running water and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Cut into individual pieces, making cuts between the bones. If the bone is difficult to cut at the junction, then cut it with a kitchen hatchet. You can cut, like me, one rib at a time, or you can make large pieces, two or three ribs.

Step 4

Step 4
Transfer the cut ribs to the marinade, making sure to include all the meat. Cover the dish with the ribs with a lid or cling film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate. The longer the ribs sit in the marinade, the tastier they will be. I didn’t have much marinade; I had to turn the pieces over from time to time. I marinated the ribs for 8 hours.

Step 5

Step 5
Line the dish in which the ribs will be baked with aluminum foil. You can simply grease the bottom with vegetable oil and immediately lay out the meat, but with foil it will be much more convenient and cleaner. Arrange the ribs in a single layer.

Step 6

Step 6
Cover the top of the pan with foil, wrapping it well around the edges.

Step 7

Step 7
Bake pork ribs in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 210 degrees. Focus on your oven! Then remove the foil and let it sit for another 15-30 minutes until the ribs brown. At this stage I turned on the convection mode. Bon appetit!
