Ingredients (12 portions)

For minced meat:

Pork 600 g
Eggs 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste

For the batter:

Chicken eggs 2 pc
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

For frying:

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp

Required ingredients. Wash the meat, peel the onion and garlic, rinse the eggs under running water and dry

Cut the meat into large pieces

Grind together with garlic and onions through a meat grinder

Add the white of 1 egg to the prepared minced meat, salt and pepper

Now you need to mix the minced meat well with your hands and beat it on the table — this will help the minced meat to bind well and not fall apart later when dipped in batter, and to make the minced meat more dense, you can put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
