Stuffed Meat Cutlets with Green Onions and Eggs

A delicious minced meat dish for all occasions. Cutlets are one of my favorite dishes. They prepare quickly, always turn out well, and are eaten instantly. There are a lot of recipes for making cutlets, but I suggest making stuffed cutlets stuffed with green onions and eggs. The cutlets turn out tasty, beautiful and juicy.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.7 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Eggs (1 egg — for minced meat, 2 eggs — for filling) 3 pc
Potato 1 pc
Green onions 0.3 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat 350 g
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

How to fry stuffed cutlets? Prepare the necessary products.

Hard boil two eggs.

Finely chop the peeled onion.

Grate raw peeled potatoes on a fine grater.

In a separate container, combine minced meat, one raw egg, chopped onion, chopped potatoes, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mince for the cutlets.

Prepare the filling. Chop the cooled boiled eggs with a knife.

Finely chop the green onions.

Combine chopped eggs and green onions.

Form stuffed cutlets. To do this, make a nest out of minced meat, put a little egg and onion filling inside. Now carefully pinch the edges of the cutlet, giving it a round shape.

Place the cutlets dredged in flour onto a frying pan heated and greased with sunflower oil.
