Ground black pepper to taste
Milk (or water) 0.5 cup
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Dry spices to taste
Chicken eggs 1 pc
White bread (crumb) 2 g
Minced pork beef (or chicken) 600 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Products needed for making cutlets. All vegetables are peeled and washed. The minced meat is defrosted. I prepared it earlier for future use and froze it in the freezer. I have minced pork and beef. You can use any other meat you prefer.

Step 2

Step 2
Coarsely chop the vegetables. Soak the bread crumb in milk or water.

Step 3

Step 3
Grind all the vegetables in a blender to a pulp consistency: carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic. You can also grind bread crumbs soaked in milk (or water) in a blender. All these products can be ground together with the meat in a meat grinder if you do not have pre-prepared minced meat.

Step 4

Step 4
In a deep bowl with the minced meat, add sour cream, vegetables chopped in a blender, bread crumb along with the milk (water) remaining after soaking, an egg, add spices to taste, pepper and salt.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. We get this homogeneous mass. You can beat the finished minced meat several times by removing it from the bowl and throwing it back. This procedure softens the minced meat and at the same time allows the cutlets to keep their shape.

Step 6

Step 6
We form the cutlets, giving them the size and shape that you like best, and immediately place them on a baking sheet (preferably with a high side), previously greased with sunflower oil. Add a little boiling water and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. In the middle and at the end of cooking, pour the juice over the cutlets, which will be released during baking.

Step 7

Step 7
At the end of cooking, move the cutlets closer to each other and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Keep the cutlets in the oven a little longer until the cheese melts and forms a melted crust. There is no need to brown it too much so that the cutlets remain juicy inside. Thatʼs all, the cutlets with cheese are ready in the oven, and the family is already right there: they came to the kitchen to smell the delicious smell! Letʼs eat and enjoy!
