Quick & Juicy Microwave Chicken Cutlets

How to make chicken cutlets in the microwave? Prepare everything you need for this. You can use breast fillet or drumstick fillet as chicken meat. I like drumstick fillets better — they are not as dry as breasts.

Turn the meat into mince. I usually cook a few cutlets in the microwave, so I don’t like to grease the meat grinder due to the small quantity. In this recipe I grind chicken meat in a chopper. It does a great job of cutting through the soft fibers of the chicken.

Peel the onion and garlic, rinse in cold water and chop in a chopper or grate. Add to the bowl with the minced chicken.

Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all ingredients well.

Beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl. Take it with your hands and simply throw it into the bowl. This is necessary so that the meat mass becomes denser and does not fall apart during cooking.

With wet hands, form small patties and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the cutlets for 10 minutes. There is no need to cover them. My microwave power is 700W.
