Milk 150 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 150 g
Carrot (average) 6 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Semolina 1.5 tbsp

Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and simmer over low heat.

Add some milk and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add semolina and the rest of the milk, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
