Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat (Minced rabbit. Or grind the thighs through a meat grinder) 1000 g
Dill 1 tbsp
Egg whites 1 pc

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl in which we will mix everything

Cut onion and garlic into small pieces

wash the dill and cut off the thick stalks, they won’t be useful to us

Grind the onion, garlic and dill in a blender or grind with minced meat through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper

Mix everything thoroughly, adding egg white, and refrigerate for an hour so that the products become friends with each other.
