Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Potato 10 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 3 tbsp
Mushrooms 300 g

How to make potato pancakes with lean mushrooms? Wash the mushrooms and chop finely.

Place the mushrooms in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry until the moisture has evaporated.

Peel the potatoes and onions.

Now chop the onions and potatoes (I do this in a meat grinder). Add mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper to taste to the resulting mass and mix.
