Potato 1 kg
Vegetable oil 30 g

How to make lean potato pancakes without eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes and onions and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt.

Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine or medium grater. If you have a food processor, it is convenient to grate it using the grater attachment. Place all the grated potatoes in a spacious bowl to make it convenient to mix the potato mixture.

Grate the peeled onions on a medium grater. You can simply chop it very finely with a knife. Add the chopped onion to the bowl with the grated potatoes.

Add a little salt and spices to taste. For spices, I recommend using dried herbs and ground black pepper.
