Sour cream 250 g
Sugar 100 g

Cut the gingerbreads lengthwise into 2-3 pieces.

Cut the banana into slices.

Prepare the cream: mix sour cream with sugar.

Line the inside of the mold with cling film. Place gingerbreads and bananas soaked in sour cream on the film in layers, sprinkling them with nut crumbs.

If you like a richer cake, then you need to use a little more sour cream. Press down by hand and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, turn it over onto a tray (dish), remove the cling film and that’s it – our cake is ready.
