Ingredients (8 portions)

For the cutlets:

Chicken mince 500 g
Carrot 1 pc
Eggs 1 pc
Garlic 1 g
Green onions 1 g
Salt to taste

For filling:

Sour cream 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 100 g

For the sauce:

Onion 1 pc
Mushrooms 200 g
Cream 200 ml
Butter 30 g
Starch 1 tsp

How to make chicken cutlets with green onions and eggs? First of all, take the necessary products.

Add finely grated carrots to the minced chicken.

Add the yolk, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper, mix well

Beat the egg white into a light foam and add to the minced meat. Form into cutlets. Mash the minced meat into a flat cake, place the filling in the center, roll the minced meat into a bun and roll in flour (or breadcrumbs)

For the filling, grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with sour cream. You can cook cutlets without filling, they turn out very tasty too! Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it until hot. Place the formed cutlets and fry them over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Finely chop the onion and fry in melted butter until transparent. Add champignons, cut into thin slices. Fry until the liquid evaporates.

Add salt, pepper (you can add a pinch of grated nutmeg if you wish), pour in the cream and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Mix starch with water (1-2 tbsp) and pour into the sauce in a thin stream and cook for another 1-2 minutes (it is not necessary to add starch, just then cook the sauce a little longer).
