Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Water 2 cup
Milk (soak the bun) 1 cup
Eggs 1 pc
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Minced meat 800 g
White bread 100 g

Remove crusts from the loaf and soak in milk

Form cutlets and roll in flour

Mince the minced meat together with the soaked bun and pass one onion through a meat grinder. Add the egg, donʼt forget to add salt and pepper.

Peel the onion and finely chop it.

Lightly fry the cutlets in vegetable oil.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil along with tomato paste. add water. Boil.

Dilute the flour with a little water and pour into the sauce. Pour while stirring constantly. Boil until bubbles appear, cook with constant stirring. Donʼt forget to add salt to the sauce. You can add your favorite spices.

Pour the sauce over the cutlets and place in the oven. I make it in a ceramic pan, so I put it in a cold oven and then turn up the heat. In this mode, the cutlets are stewed for about an hour.
