Cranberry Pan-Fried Pork Goulash

You can also use dried cranberries for goulash. After winter I always have some cranberries left over. I usually dry it and store it in a closed jar, slowly using it in certain dishes. I offer one interesting recipe in which you can use dried or dried cranberries.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Pork (pulp) 500 g
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Cranberry (dried) 80 g
Soy sauce 100 ml

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the pork, dry it and cut into medium pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry pork in it for 10 minutes.

Add dried cranberries to the pork and stir. Fry together for 2 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce and simmer everything together, stirring for another 10 minutes.

Pepper the goulash, sprinkle with paprika and stir.

Simmer over low heat, covered, for 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked. If necessary, you can pour a little water into the pan.
