Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make kebab with kiwi? Prepare all the necessary products indicated on the list. To prepare shish kebab, it is better to use pork tenderloin or neck. It is from these parts that the most tender, soft and juicy kebab is obtained. The meat will be juicier if you use fresh pork that has not been frozen. If you have frozen pork, you need to defrost it first. How to do this correctly, read the article at the link at the end of the recipe.

Step 2

Step 2
How to marinate kebab with kiwi? Rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels. Cut the meat into equal medium-sized pieces and place in a deep bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and cut into rings. Press the rings with your hands to release the juice and send them to the meat.

Step 4

Step 4
Rinse and peel the kiwi. Grate the kiwi on a coarse grater or chop using a blender. Add the kiwi to the bowl with the meat and onions.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly. Add salt to taste, sprinkle with ground paprika, black pepper and garlic powder.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything well again, cover with cling film. Leave to marinate at room temperature (19-20 degrees) for 30-40 minutes or put the meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. I usually marinate in the refrigerator.

Step 7

Step 7
Light the grill and, while the wood and coals are burning, prepare the kebabs. Thread the pork onto skewers, removing the onion and kiwi.

Step 8

Step 8
When the coals in the grill turn white ash, proceed to the main cooking process. Place the skewers on the grill and fry the meat until cooked.

Step 9

Step 9
Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure the pork cooks evenly. It took me about 20-25 minutes to fry. The exact time depends on the size of the pieces of meat and the heat of the coals.

Step 10

Step 10
The kebabs are ready! Serve them hot. Offer salads, vegetables, boiled potatoes and various sauces with meat.
