How to make a homemade drink from frozen oranges and lemon? Prepare your ingredients. Wash the fruits well, it is better to scald them with boiling water and wipe dry. Since citrus fruits will be used with the peel, you need to get rid of the bitterness. There are two ways — keep oranges and lemon in boiling water or put them in the freezer. I cooked it using two methods and I think it’s better to freeze the citrus fruits, then you can feel a very slight bitterness.

Place the oranges and lemon in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or you can leave it overnight. About half an hour before preparing the drink, make sugar syrup. To do this, bring the water to a boil, add sugar and boil the syrup for about 10 minutes. Allow the syrup to cool to just above room temperature.

Remove the oranges and lemon from the freezer, let them thaw and cut into pieces. Be sure to remove all the seeds and grind the fruit using a meat grinder or blender. Place the crushed mass in sugar syrup and let it brew for 5 – 6 hours. Strain the infused drink through a fine sieve or cheesecloth and place in the refrigerator to cool. From the specified amount of ingredients you get 4 liters of a tasty, healthy drink.
