Oven-Baked Chicken Kebab with Potatoes

Delicious and easy barbecue at home. Not everyone has the opportunity to grill shish kebab, but this recipe will give you a piece of the picnic without straining yourself.

Ingredients (3 portions)

For the kebab:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Mustard 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 600 g

For potatoes:

Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Potato 6 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Recipe instructions

Cut the fillet into 30 equal pieces. Cut the onion into rings. Mix, add spices, salt, oil and mustard. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

While the meat is marinating, we will prepare the potatoes. Squeeze the garlic, mix with vegetable oil. Wash and cut the potatoes into 2 halves. Add salt to each half and spread with garlic paste.

Connect the halves and wrap them in foil

We string the meat and onions onto skewers and place them over a bowl of water so that the meat does not dry out. For convenience, you can use a steamer net or 2 skewers. We also put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Turn the meat every 10-15 minutes.
