Mayonnaise (optional) 2 tbsp

Mayonnaise can be replaced with 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil as desired. You can make your own mayonnaise if you wish. Below the steps you will find a catalog of homemade mayonnaise recipes.

Rinse the breast under running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess water. Cut the turkey into equal-sized portions. Do not make the pieces too small, otherwise you risk ending up with a dry kebab. Place the meat in a deep bowl suitable for marinating.
