Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry juicy pork pieces with onions in a frying pan? Prepare your food. The best meats are pork or turkey — they will have time to fry in the specified time. I have tenderloin, I also advise you to choose soft pieces — it will turn out tastier. Take refined, odorless oil. Spices and salt — to taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the meat and dry it well with paper towels — it should become completely dry, as excess moisture will prevent it from frying. Cut the meat into large pieces, about 5cm, so it will be juicier.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the pieces in a bowl and season with spices. I chose sweet paprika and ground black pepper. Do not add salt — it will begin to draw moisture from the meat during frying. Pour in a little vegetable oil and stir. It’s better if the meat sits for an hour to marinate, but if you don’t have time, you can immediately start frying.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat a frying pan over high heat. To ensure that the meat remains juicy when frying, it is important to choose the right frying pan — it should have a thick bottom and a non-stick coating. Also, observe the heat level — fry the meat only over high heat. Add frying oil to the pan. Place pieces of meat in heated oil. Place it in one layer, otherwise the meat will begin to stew. For information on how to choose a frying pan and oil, read the articles linked at the end of the recipe.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry the meat until golden brown on one side, then turn it over to the other. When the meat is browned on both sides, add the onion to the pan. Fry the meat and onions, stirring, for a few more minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
And just now turn down the heat. Continue frying the meat for the required amount of time — this will depend on the part of the carcass and the size of the pieces. Do not cover the pan with a lid. You can check whether it is ready by cutting a piece — if the juice inside is clear, then the meat can be served. Salt the fully cooked meat and stir.

Step 8

Step 8
Any vegetables, cereals or pasta are suitable as a side dish. Bon appetit!
