bell pepper 2 pc

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make meat with bell pepper? Prepare your food. Choose softer meat — tenderloin or neck — then it will literally melt in your mouth. Vegetables can be used either fresh or frozen. You can also add additional carrots or zucchini. And for satiety — mushrooms. A small amount of garlic will pleasantly complement the aroma of the dish. Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces of the same size.

Step 2

Step 2
Heat a little vegetable oil in a hot frying pan and add all the pieces of chopped meat. Fry them, stirring occasionally, until golden brown over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse in cold running water and chop. There is no need to chop very finely, since the onion will be practically invisible when stewing.

Step 4

Step 4
Add the chopped onion to the meat and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Then add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. You can remove the skin from them first. How to easily peel tomatoes? Wash them and make cross cuts on top with a sharp knife. Place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Remove, cool slightly and remove the skin.

Step 6

Step 6
Before washing the Bulgarian, remove the core and cut into strips.

Step 7

Step 7
Add the peppers to the pan, following the tomatoes. Mix everything well and let fry for 5-7 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Then pour in some hot water. Add salt and favorite spices to taste. Mix everything and cover with a lid. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. During this time, the meat will be completely cooked and the pepper will become soft. The dish is ready, serve it either with a side dish or as a separate dish. Bon appetit!
