Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork steak on the bone? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose a steak with a small amount of fat and a small bone. Also, choose a set of spices to suit your taste. Thyme, rosemary, oregano or basil go well with meat. I will use dried basil.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the steaks under running water and then pat dry completely with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Place the pork on a board and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub them into each piece.

Step 3

Step 3
Lightly sprinkle the meat with lemon juice. Thanks to this, it will moisturize a little and better absorb the spices.

Step 4

Step 4
Sprinkle the meat with spices and dried basil. Rub everything into the meat as well. Brush the outside of the meat pieces with a little olive oil.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover the meat with cling film and beat it a little with a mallet to better absorb the marinade. Now leave the steak like this for 20-30 minutes. During this time, the meat will be soaked in the marinade and will be ready for frying.

Step 6

Step 6
To fry, take a comfortable wide frying pan and heat it until hot. Place the prepared steaks in a dry frying pan and fry on each side for 5-6 minutes. The meat juices will immediately be sealed inside the piece.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry again on each side for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Let the meat sit for a while to rest. This will take 10 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Pork T-bone steak is ready! Serve with a side dish of baked potatoes and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
