Wheat flour 2.5 cup
Butter (or margarine) 50 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 1 cup
Soda 1 tsp

How to make flatbreads with sour cream? Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Butter can be of any temperature — we will melt it anyway.

In a wide, deep bowl, beat a raw egg with a fork or whisk.

Add sour cream and beat again.

Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Pour the melted butter into the egg-sour cream mixture, stirring quickly.

Add sugar and mix well again.
