How to make an ice cream cake? Prepare the products according to the list. Instead of waffle cakes, you can use any other cakes: shortbread, biscuit, honey. It is preferable that they be thin, but this is also not very important. You can take two cake layers and make an ice cream layer between them. Choose berries according to season or taste.

Place the last, fourth waffle cake on top without the boiled condensed milk cream applied to it. Press the cake down with your hands as tightly as possible.

Place about 3 full tablespoons of the prepared cream mixture on the top crust and spread it in an even, but more prominent layer. You can make patterns with a fork or a cream tip. You can leave simple grooves or use a spoon, see for yourself.
