Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 3 tsp
Wheat flour 300 g
Milk 200 ml
Egg yolks (for greasing buns) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Processed cheese 300 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Add yeast and sugar to warm (not HOT) milk. I let the yeast come to life, so to speak, and added butter and flour. I kneaded a dough that was not cool.

Step 2

Step 2
I let the dough rise, then divided it into 10 pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
The cheese is the same as for hamburgers.

Step 4

Step 4
Each piece was rolled out thinly (2-3 mm thick) into a rectangle. Roll out on a table greased with vegetable oil. I put cheese on one edge.

Step 5

Step 5
Starting from the bottom edge, I began to roll up the “roll”. (Not tightly!) It’s best to pinch the edges, otherwise the cheese leaked out in some of them.

Step 6

Step 6
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let them stand for 10 minutes. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes.
