First of all, prepare the necessary products for preparing homemade dessert for the holiday table and more.

To prepare the base for the cake, take a blender, then fill the bowl one by one with two hundred grams of oatmeal cookies and grind them to crumbs, which in turn put in a deep bowl.

Add sixty grams of melted ghee or eighty grams of butter to a bowl of crushed cookies and mix together until smooth, which will become the basis for the cake.
