Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a casserole of cottage cheese with semolina without sour cream, milk and kefir? To prepare the casserole, use wet cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve. Thanks to this, the taste of the finished dish will be very delicate. To grind, you can punch the cottage cheese with an immersion blender. In a bowl for preparing the dough, combine the cottage cheese and eggs.

Step 2

Step 2
Add sugar, baking soda and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix the whole mass.

Step 3

Step 3
Then add semolina and vanillin to the dough.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat the entire curd mass well with a mixer until the casserole dough becomes homogeneous. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.

Step 5

Step 5
Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out all the prepared curd dough. Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and turn on the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes. Do not open the multicooker during baking to prevent heat from escaping.

Step 6

Step 6
After time has passed, remove the casserole from the multicooker using the steaming bowl.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut the casserole into pieces, place on plates and serve. Add jam, sour cream or condensed milk to the finished casserole. Bon appetit!
