Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Wheat flour (For the pizza dough:) 50 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Champignon 100 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp

We prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare a quick and delicious pizza with tender dough in a frying pan.

Prepare the pizza dough and pour half a teaspoon of baking powder into a plate with fifty grams of flour, break one chicken egg, add thirty milliliters of kefir.

Stir well with a whisk until smooth and set aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Chop one hundred grams of champignons not too coarsely.

Cut one hundred grams of ham into arbitrary pieces. To prepare the pizza filling, pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl, add a clove of garlic passed through a special press and mix well.

Roughly but not very finely chop one tomato.

Cut the green bell pepper into cubes.

Add the ham to the frying pan with the mushrooms and stir, then add salt to taste and reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Place the prepared pizza toppings from the pan onto a plate.
