Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a cake with meringue and condensed milk? Prepare everything you need. Choose condensed milk that contains only milk and sugar, butter with a fat content of at least 82.5%.

Step 2

Step 2
Let me remind you how we make meringue (I posted the full recipe earlier). To do this, take a fresh egg and sugar. Separate the white from the yolk. You will learn all the subtleties of beating egg whites by reading the article at the end of the recipe.

Step 3

Step 3
Bring the sugar to powder in a coffee grinder and mix with egg white.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat with a mixer gradually until stiff peaks form.

Step 5

Step 5
Place on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 90 degrees for about 2 hours. The times are approximate, please use your oven. About ovens, read a separate article at the end of the recipe.

Step 6

Step 6
How to make cream? Take softened butter.

Step 7

Step 7
In a small container, mix 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and cocoa. We will need this later to decorate the cake. Mix well until smooth.

Step 8

Step 8
Add condensed milk to the butter and knead well until smooth. The cream is ready.

Step 9

Step 9
Now coat each meringue with cream and place it in a heap, gluing it to each other.

Step 10

Step 10
Pour chocolate mixture on top. You can optionally add chopped nuts, grated chocolate, and sour berries to this cake. Cranberries or lingonberries would be especially appropriate — they will perfectly dilute the sweet taste of the cake with their sourness!
