Ingredients (7 portions)

For cheesecakes:

Cottage cheese 500 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Sugar 5 tbsp
Flour 150 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla tincture 1 tsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp

For the sauce:

Sour cream 250 g
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Poppy food 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Butter 50 g

Ingredients for cheesecakes. First, preheat the oven to 180 C.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, 1 whole egg and yolk (we don’t need the white from it), vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the cottage cheese. Mix. Depending on the cottage cheese, you may need more or less flour.

I replaced part of the wheat flour (2 tbsp) with corn flour (but this is not at all necessary). Mix the curd mass well.

I baked the cheesecakes in muffin tins, so I made the curd mass softer. If you don’t have muffin tins, you can bake the cheesecakes directly on a baking sheet, but then the dough for the cheesecakes should hold its shape well, otherwise, after baking, you may not end up with cheesecakes, and cottage cheese casserole, which in general is also very tasty)

So, we form the cheesecakes, lightly roll them in flour and place them in muffin tins. Grease the cheesecakes on top with sour cream and place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

These are the cheesecakes we make, and already in this form they are very tasty. But we will make them even tastier.

Ingredients for the sauce. I pre-ground the poppy seed in a coffee grinder, but if you want a more delicate taste, then don’t use poppy seed, and also be careful when choosing poppy seed, it shouldn’t be bitter!

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, the mixture should become slightly liquid.

Place the cheesecakes in a baking dish.
