Ingredients (6 portions)

For dough:

Zucchini 800 g
Potato 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Wheat flour 280 g
Salt 1 tsp

For minced meat:

Salt to taste
Chicken mince 400 g
Dry spices to taste
Water 2 tbsp

For frying:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Grind the zucchini, potatoes, and onions using a blender or grater.

Add eggs.

Add flour.

Mix everything.

Salt the dough and mix.

Add spices, salt, water for juiciness to the prepared minced meat, mix.

Place a little more than a tablespoon of dough into a heated frying pan with oil, and place a little minced meat on top.
