Basic:

Sugar 100 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Butter (softened) 150 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 4 pc
Pears 4 pc
Rum (can be replaced with cognac) 3 tbsp

We prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the pears and cut into slices.

Beat butter and sugar at maximum speed for about 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly each time.

Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix at the minimum speed of the mixer.

Add rum and mix again.

Place the dough in the mold, place the pears on top and bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden stick, it should be dry.
