Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.3 tsp
Sugar 230 g
Wheat flour 600 g
Butter 50 g
Milk (either water or nothing) 2 tbsp
Vanillin 1 g
Eggs 2 pc
Soda 1 tsp
Kefir 250 ml

Prepare the ingredients needed for the recipe. For better mixing, eggs and kefir should be at room temperature, and the butter should be softened first.

Pour sugar into a bowl. Add butter little by little, stirring with a whisk.

Mix sugar and butter until smooth.

Add the eggs into the resulting mixture using a whisk.

Beat eggs with sugar and butter mixture until smooth.

Take about 1/3 of the flour, mix with soda, vanilla and salt.
