Sugar (+1 tbsp. sugar for filling) 160 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Butter 100 g
Cocoa 4 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 2 tsp
Cottage cheese 150 g
Kefir 300 ml

For the curd filling, grind the cottage cheese with sugar; if desired, you can add vanilla sugar or lemon zest.

Grind the egg with sugar.

Add melted and cooled butter (you can use vegetable oil) and mix.

Add kefir and mix again.

Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

Mix the dough until smooth.

Place 1 tbsp on the bottom of the muffin tins. test.

Cover the filling with dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 25-30 minutes.
